About these terms

These terms apply when you download or use Foxy, an app made by Long Dang. By using Foxy, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

If you downloaded Foxy from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Who Foxy is for

Foxy is made for parents and caregivers who want to keep records about a child in their care. You must be an adult to use it. Foxy is not made for children to use on their own.

You may use Foxy for your own family's personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell or try to break the app, except where the law allows it.

Health information

Foxy helps families keep records. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose, suggest doses or judge a child's development. Growth charts, typical ages and vaccine schedules are shown for reference only.

Always ask a doctor or other health professional about your child's health. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your records and photos

What you enter in Foxy, including photos and videos, belongs to you and is stored only on your phone. Foxy has no server, so we cannot see, restore or recover your records.

You are responsible for your phone and any device backups. Removing Foxy from your phone deletes its data. Only add photos and information you have the right to keep.

Price and future subscriptions

Foxy is free to download, and every feature in the current version is free.

We may later offer an optional subscription for extra features such as backup. If we do, it will be sold through the App Store, and Apple will handle payment, renewal and cancellation under its own terms. The price and what is included will be shown before you buy.

Changes to the app

We may update Foxy, change features or stop offering it. Because your records stay on your phone, a change to the app does not delete them, but features may work differently after an update.

No guarantees

We work hard to make Foxy reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for lost data, including records lost when a phone is lost, reset or replaced. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Foxy after an update, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
